Man arrested again for sending nude pics to teenager
SEBRING -- A 25-year-old Sebring man has been arrested for a second time on charges of sending nude pictures to a teenager.
Kyle Kodi Lee Clemens was arrested in November of 2018 one count of cruelty toward a child/transmitting information harmful to minors and one count of using a two-way device to facilitate a felony after detectives learned he had sent nude photos of himself to a 15-year-old girl via Snapchat. He was released after posting bond and is still awaiting trial on those charges.
In October of this year, the Highlands County Sheriff’s Office Special Victims Unit learned that another girl, this one 16, had also received numerous photos and videos of a sexual nature from Clemens via Snapchat.
She said she informed Clemens of her age from the start and told Clemens to stop sending her photos several times, but he continued. He only stopped after she told him she was going to call the police.
Clemens was arrested Friday night and charged with one count of sexually cyber harassment, one count of cruelty toward a child/transmitting information harmful to minors and one count of using a two-way device to facilitate a felony. He is being held without bond in the Highlands County Jail.
