Judicial Process Unit
The Judicial Process Services Unit is comprised of six members. These members consist of one Lieutenant, four Deputy Sheriffs, and one support staff member. The Judicial Process Services Unit is responsible for receiving, processing and serving all enforceable and non-enforceable writs, including summons, subpoenas, writs of replevin, garnishments, levy, and the holding of Sheriff's Office Sales.

- An original and a certified copy or two certified copies of documents to be served (this applies to documents that are electronically filed)
- A self-addressed stamped envelope.
- Payment for service (see fee schedule above)
- Best possible address for service (P.O. Boxes are not accepted)
