Business Division
The Business Division is responsible for many critical functions required for the agency to run smoothly. These functions range from budgetary and contract management to procurement of goods and services to preparation of annual financial statements. Authority is delegated to three Directors who are responsible for their particular units.
Accounting & Budget Unit: Preparing the annual budget for presentation to the Board of County Commissioners, monitoring of the budget throughout the year, and managing all grants received.
Finance Unit: Processing of payroll and accounts payables, accounting for all monies held in agency funds, assisting the independent external auditors, and preparing the annual financial statements.
General Services Units: Procuring goods and services, processing all purchase requisitions, preparing all bid proposals, and maintaining supply inventory for all employees within the agency.
This Division is committed to accurate and timely accounting of all fiscal matters in accordance with the Florida Statutes and the United States Internal Revenue Code
The Business Division's office is located at 434 Fernleaf Avenue in Sebring, Florida and maintains the following hours: Monday through Friday from 8:00a.m. to 5:00p.m.
